Responsibilities: • Translate technical expertise into consumer friendly format• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality, accurate content that is consistent with brand guidelines• Develop and maintain clear, concise, and compelling content for both financial professionals and their clients• Utilize skills in Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, AB Testing, AP Style, Computer Hardware, Deliverable, and Design• Understand and apply SEO strategies in content creation (nice to have)• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines• Utilize strong analytical skills to ensure content meets client requirements.
